Enjoy the Moment

Dec 28, 2022

We’ve all seen the videos out dime out at some point.

Take a picture of our food before eating it.

Posting a video of our experience online before the experience is even over.

Or, even comparing our experience to others on social media rather than enjoying our own.

The holidays is a good opportunity to give these tips chance. Below you'll find a few helpful tips I found in the article "How To Break Social Media Addiction."

  1. Try spending a few days without logging on. You might feel the pressure of not knowing what’s going on. But, at least you’ll get a rare opportunity to enjoy your life without the added distractions that social media brings.
  2. The second is simple, drop the social media notifications. They’re not as important as your babies cries for attention or your pet’s.
  3. Find a hobby! Many times, local communities offer workshops to learn new skills. Take advantage of one and learn something new.

It’s not the easiest task because many of us have to deal with it like an addiction. But the payoff is more time on the day, improving our skills, and a rich experienced life.
