The Built to Carry Weight — Faith Book Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Eminence Legacy (“Sponsor”).
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and members of the immediate household of the Sponsor who are directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins when Built to Carry Weight — Part 1: FAITH is officially released and ends at: 11:59 PM Central Time on September 27, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one entry into the Giveaway: Listen to Built to Carry Weight — Part 1: Faith: When Life Falls Apart, What Holds You Up? Share the episode with at least one other person. The episode may be shared publicly through social media or privately/directly with another person. Reflect by answering the episode's question: “What are you standing on right now?” Submit the official Giveaway entry form using the Enter the Faith Book Giveaway button on this page.
Entrants must provide the requested information, including their name, email address, phone number, state of residence, age eligibility confirmation, method of sharing, and response to the episode question.
4. PROOF OF SHARE
After submitting the official entry form, entrants must text a screenshot showing that the episode was shared to the giveaway phone number provided in the confirmation instructions. The screenshot should be sent from the same phone number entered on the giveaway form and should include the entrant's first and last name so the proof can be matched to the entry. The screenshot should demonstrate that the episode was shared publicly or directly with at least one person. Entrants should avoid including unnecessary private information belonging to another person. An entry is considered complete only after both the official entry form and proof of share have been received and matched.
5. ENTRY LIMIT
Limit one entry per person for the Faith Book Giveaway. Multiple shares do not result in additional entries or increase the entrant's chances of winning. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
6. REFLECTION QUESTION
There is no correct or preferred answer to the reflection question. Responses will not be judged and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning. The reflection question exists to encourage listeners to engage with the subject of the episode. Entrants should not include confidential, highly sensitive, or personally identifying information about another person in their response.
7. PRIZE
One eligible winner will receive: One (1) copy of I Pray You Heal from the Things You Don't Talk About by Joe Lucio.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $14.99
The Sponsor will pay standard shipping to the winner's eligible U.S. shipping address. The winner will never be required to pay Eminence Legacy any fee, shipping charge, processing fee, or other payment to receive the prize.
8. WINNER SELECTION
After the Giveaway closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible and complete entries received during the Giveaway Period. The entrant's reflection answer, number of followers, social-media platform used, or number of times the episode was shared will not affect the selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise violates these Official Rules, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
10. PRIZE DELIVERY
After eligibility has been confirmed, the Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner's eligible U.S. shipping address. The Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs. No cash alternative will be provided. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, and for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection. Entering the Giveaway should not automatically enroll an entrant in promotional or marketing communications unless the entrant separately chooses to subscribe.
12. PUBLICITY
Eminence Legacy will not publicly identify a winner beyond limited information such as the winner's first name and state without permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, platform failures, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
14. SOCIAL MEDIA & PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Eminence Legacy. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon, Kajabi, or any other third-party platform on which the Giveaway or podcast may appear.
15. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
